Acute Tropicana

Ingredients

  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 3 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.15 oz.
  • Pineapple leaves 1  
  • Ice cubes 9 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 3 pineapple wedges, a ginger root wedge into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of silver tequila
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the red wine glass
  6. Garnish with a pineapple leaf
