Whisky Collins

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 1 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Club soda 2 oz.
  • Lemon 3 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of scotch whisky
  3. Top up with club soda and stir gently
  4. Garnish with a half of lemon
