Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • Dark cacao liqueur 1 oz.
  • Light cream 1 oz.
  • Ground nutmeg 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 1 oz of light cream, 1 oz of dark cacao liqueur and 1.5 oz of cognac into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  4. Garnish with ground nutmeg
