Irish Strudel

Ingredients

  • Irish whiskey 2 oz.
  • Yellow apple syrup 34 oz.
  • Vanilla syrup 34 oz.
  • Apple juice 7 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.03 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  

Directions

  1. Place a chopped apple wedge into a milk pitcher
  2. Add 2 strips of lemon zest, a clove and a cinnamon stick
  3. Pour in 7 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of yellow apple syrup, 0.75 oz of vanilla syrup and 2 oz of irish whiskey
  4. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  5. Pour into a teapot
  6. Serve on a base with a candle to prevent the cocktail from cooling
