Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 oz.
  • Coffee liqueur 34 oz.
  • Dark cacao liqueur 1 oz.
  • Cocoa powder 0.15 oz.
  • Heavy cream 14 oz.
  • Mascarpone cheese 14 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 5  
  • Mint 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 2 bar spoons of mascarpone cheese into a shaker
  2. Pour in 5 quail egg yolks, 0.25 oz of heavy cream, 1 oz of dark cacao liqueur, 0.75 oz of coffee liqueur and 1 oz of cognac
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with cocoa powder and a mint sprig
