Ceviche Mary

Ingredients

  • Pepper vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Tomato juice 5 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Coriander 0.06 oz.
  • Oyster sauce 34 oz.
  • Worcestershire sauce 0.1 oz.
  • Red Tabasco sauce 0.06 oz.
  • Salt 0.03 oz.
  • Ground black pepper 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 5 oz of tomato juice, 0.75 oz of oyster sauce and 1.5 oz of pepper vodka into a shaker
  3. Add 2 drops of red tabasco sauce, 3 drops of worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the highball glass
  6. Garnish with a coriander sprig
