Breakfast with Tequila

Ingredients

  • Gold tequila 34 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.06 oz.
  • Grapefruit juice 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Quail egg white 34 oz.
  • Orange jam 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 1 bar spoon of orange jam into a shaker
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of grapefruit juice and 0.75 oz of gold tequila
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  4. Strain into a chilled flute glass
  5. Garnish with 2 dashes of angostura bitters
