Baked Apple

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Apple juice 2 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Apple 0.15 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 11 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 2 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of Scotch whisky into a shaker
  3. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  5. Strain into the rocks glass
  6. Garnish with apple peel
