Frozen Physalis

Ingredients

  • Lager beer 3 oz.
  • Passion fruit syrup 1 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
  • Physalis 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 1.5 oz of passion fruit syrup and 3 oz of light beer into a blender
  2. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  3. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
  4. Garnish with a physalis and serve with a teaspoon
