Martini Mojitato

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Limoncello 34 oz.
  • Dry vermouth 1 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Club soda 2 12 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Mint 0.1 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 10 mint leaves, a quarter of lime into a highball glass and muddle.
  2. Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of limoncello, 1 oz of dry vermouth and 1.5 oz of white rum.
  4. Top up with club soda and stir gently.
  5. Top up with crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with 1 dash of angostura bitters and a mint sprig.
