East Indian Negroni

Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Campari 34 oz.
  • Sweet blended sherry 34 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice ball 1  
  • Ice cubes 10 oz.

Directions

  1. Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
  2. Pour 0.75 oz of oloroso sherry, 0.75 oz of campari and 2 oz of white rum into a mixing glass
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  4. Strain into the rocks glass
  5. Garnish with orange zest
