Plum-infused Bourbon

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 33 oz.
  • Granulated sugar 0.35 oz.
  • Prune 23 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a two-liter jar with dried plums, without tamping
  2. Add 0.35 oz of granulated sugar and top up with bourbon
  3. Close the jar and leave for 4 days in a dark, warm place
