Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Maraschino liqueur 12 oz.
  • Yellow apple liqueur 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 1 oz.
  • Granulated sugar 0.35 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.35 oz.
  • Pineapple leaves 3  
  • Ice cubes 11 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 2 ginger root wedges and 1 pineapple wedge into a shaker
  3. Add 2 bar spoons of granulated sugar and muddle
  4. Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of yellow apple liqueur, 0.5 oz of maraschino liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the rocks glass
  7. Garnish with pineapple leaves
