Mango Cobbler

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Yellow banana liqueur 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Sprite 3 oz.
  • Mango 3 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 5 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place 2 slices of mango into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of yellow banana liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the rocks glass
  6. Top up with sprite and stir gently
  7. Top up with crushed ice
  8. Garnish with a slice of mango on a cocktail skewer and a mint sprig
