Heather Tea

Ingredients

  • Drambuie 1 oz.
  • Benedictine 1 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 12 oz.
  • Heather tea 3 12 oz.
  • Orange 2 12 oz.
  • Grapefruit 2 oz.
  • Apple 1 12 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.1 oz.
  • Ground nutmeg 0.03 oz.

Directions

  1. Chop a quarter of orange, a grapefruit wedge and an apple wedge into fine pieces
  2. Place the fruits into an Irish coffee glass
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of grenadine syrup, 1 oz of drambuie and 1 oz of benedictine
  4. Add 3 cloves and a pinch of ground nutmeg
  5. Top up with hot heather tea and stir gently
  6. Garnish with a fan of apple wedges
