Vertigo

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Cranberry juice 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Green grapes 34 oz.
  • Red grapes 0.15 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 3 green grapes, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of cranberry juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of gin
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with green and red grapes on a cocktail skewer
