Ingredients

  • Gold rum 12 oz.
  • Apple sambuca 12 oz.
  • Creme de cassis liqueur 34 oz.
  • Champagne 1 oz.
  • Raspberry puree 1 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.75 oz of creme de cassis liqueur into a shot glass
  2. Use bar spoon to layer on 0.5 oz of apple sambuca and 0.5 oz of gold rum
  3. Place 5 bar spoons of raspberry puree into another shot glass
  4. Use bar spoon to layer on 1 oz of champagne
  5. Drink the rum shot first and chase it with the champagne shot
