Sandthorn Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.15 oz.
  • Sea buckthorn jam 34 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 4 bar spoons of sea buckthorn jam into a blender
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of white rum
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig
