Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Dark rum 12 oz.
  • Coconut syrup 1 12 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 3 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 34 oz.
  • Pineapple 40 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Cut the pulp of a pineapple with a pineapple slicer and squeeze the juice
  2. Pour 0.75 oz of lime juice, 3.5 oz of the squeezed pineapple juice, 1.5 oz of coconut syrup, 0.5 oz of dark rum and 2 oz of white rum into a blender
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a pineapple
