Dioscorides

Ingredients

  • Orange-mango sambuca 34 oz.
  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Vanilla syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Club soda 3 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 12 oz.
  • Mango 1 12 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.15 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 12 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 2 slices of mango, a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
  3. Add 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of vanilla syrup, 0.75 oz of orange-mango sambuca and 1.5 oz of gin
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  5. Fine strain into the sling glass
  6. Top up with club soda and stir gently
  7. Garnish with orange zest and a mint sprig
