Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Dry vermouth 12 oz.
  • Rhubarb bitters 0.1 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Club soda 0.15 oz.
  • Peach puree 1 oz.
  • Orange flower water 0.15 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 5 bar spoons of peach puree into a shaker
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of dry vermouth and 2 oz of gin
  3. Add 0.15 oz of orange flower water and 3 dashes of rhubarb bitters
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  6. Pour in 0.15 oz of club soda and squeeze lemon zest over the cocktail
