Currant Caipirinha

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Creme de cassis liqueur 34 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Lime 1 12 oz.
  • Crushed ice 5 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 2 lime wedges into a rocks glass and muddle.
  2. Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in 0.15 oz of sugar syrup and 0.75 oz of creme de cassis liqueur.
  4. Add 1.5 oz of white rum and stir gently.
  5. Top up with crushed ice.
