Spanish Gold
The Spanish Gold is a hot cocktail with a spicy taste and orange-golden color.
Ingredients
- Drambuie liqueur 1 1⁄2 oz.
- Dry white wine 3 oz.
- Apple juice 1 1⁄2 oz.
- Apple 2 oz.
- Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
- Lemon zest 1
- Orange zest 1
Directions
- Place a cinnamon stick, 3 chopped apple wedges, lemon and orange zest into a milk pitcher.
- Pour in 1.5 oz of apple juice, 3 oz of dry white wine and 1.5 oz of Drambuie liqueur.
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil.
- Pour into an irish coffee glass.
- Garnish with lemon and orange zests.
