Spanish Gold

The Spanish Gold is a hot cocktail with a spicy taste and orange-golden color.

Ingredients

  • Drambuie liqueur 1 12 oz.
  • Dry white wine 3 oz.
  • Apple juice 1 12 oz.
  • Apple 2 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Orange zest 1  

Directions

  1. Place a cinnamon stick, 3 chopped apple wedges, lemon and orange zest into a milk pitcher.
  2. Pour in 1.5 oz of apple juice, 3 oz of dry white wine and 1.5 oz of Drambuie liqueur.
  3. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil.
  4. Pour into an irish coffee glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon and orange zests.
