Salad with arugula & watermelon

Salad with arugula and watermelon perfect for summer days. This salad is delicious in combination with garlic and olive oil. Arugula has many useful properties. In Italy, the arugula is often added to salads, pasta, pizza, risotto, pesto. In England, it is used as a seasoning for hot dishes, in France gladly prepare snacks and light salads. The Portuguese and Spain arugula used as a spice. Arugula is often served with various types of cheese, meat, seafood. Try salad with arugula!!!

Ingredients

  • arugulas 1 bunch
  • watermelon (diced) 2 slices
  • feta cheese (diced) 3 oz.
  • onion 1 pcs.
  • olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cut washed and dried arugula.
  2. Add the watermelon and feta cubes diced to 1 inch.
  3. Sprinkle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Optionally add onion.
  5. Serve immediately, while watermelon did not lose a lot of juice.
  6. Enjoy your meal!!!
