Mashed avocado for babies

Avocado for babies is not only possible but necessary. It contains essential minerals for proper growth and development of the baby: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B, iron, silicon, boron, folic acid, polyunsaturated fatty acids. Avocados can improve concentration and develop kid's memory. Regular consumption of green fruit helps to improve school performance. Like any other feeding up, avocado in a child's diet should be introduced gradually. You start with only one teaspoon and gradually increase. Avocado is forbidden to use if you are allergic to citrus fruits, latex, and if you are hypersensitive to fruit components. Leaves and avocado pits are toxic, due to the presence in them of a fungicidal toxin persin. This substance can cause vomiting, diarrhea, various allergic reactions. That is why you should fully remove avocado pits.

  • olive 14 tbsp.


  1. Wash avocado.
  2. Remove peel and pits.
  3. Chop peeled avocado into bite-sized pieces or grind in a blender.
  4. You can add olive oil.
  5. Remember that each product should be administered on a teaspoon in the morning, increasing the dose over three days. If there was an allergy to the product, you should start to give this product only after several weeks!!!
