Salad with eggs

This is a recipe of salad with eggs, fried slices of bread, cheese and olive oil. Salad with lettuce can be served without dressing, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with olive oil, yogurt or sour cream. Lettuce contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and a little bit calories.

Ingredients

  • medium slices of white bread or baguette (diced in 1 inch) 3 pcs.
  • lettuce 1 pcs.
  • olive oil 4 tbsp.
  • hard-boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  • parmesan cheese (grated) 2 oz.
  • garlic (crushed) 1 clove
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. For the preparation of croutons, you should pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan, add crushed garlic, 3 medium slices of white bread and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Lettuce divided into the small pieces and put in a bowl for the salad.
  3. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into quarters.
  4. Mix lettuce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
  5. Add quartered hard-boiled eggs, parmesan cheese, croutons.
  6. Enjoy your meal!!!
