Broccoli salad

This salad with broccoli cheap, quick, easy and delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet (boiled) 12 lb.
  • broccoli 12 lb.
  • bell pepper 2 pcs.
  • carrot (sliced) 1 pcs.
  • green onions 1 bunch
  • lemon 12 pcs.
  • pita or white bread 1 pcs.
  • sunflower oil
  • black pepper, salt to taste

Directions

  1. Put into a saucepan chicken fillet, add water and bring to boil. After removing the foam cook 20 minutes over low heat.
  2. Add sliced carrot and broccoli into the saucepan. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  3. Cut boiled chicken into small pieces and fry with sunflower oil for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Transfer carrots and broccoli to a plate. Add pieces of fried chicken. Add chopped bell pepper and chopped green onion. Mix it thoroughly.
  5. Pour lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pita or white bread.
