Soup with Meatballs for Kids

Soup with meatballs for kids over one year is easy to prepare. This soup will be much better with pasta of various shapes and colors.   • ground beef (450 gram) 12 lb.
  • onion, finely chopped 12 pcs.
  • potatoes, chopped 3 pcs.
  • carrot, grated or chopped 1 pcs.
  • celery, chopped 3 sticks
  • pasta or noodles 12 bunch
  • parsley, chopped 2 tbsp.
  • salt and spices, to taste

First, you need to prepare meatballs. Put in a bowl ground beef, chopped onion, add some salt and mix everything thoroughly. Form small meatballs. Pour cold water into a saucepan. Put it on the stove and bring to a boil. Then add the meatballs and cook them for 15 minutes. Do not forget to remove the foam.

Peel and chop potatoes, carrots. Optionally cut the vegetables in shapes as spirals, stars, hearts. Chop onion into small pieces. If your child does not like boiled onions, then it is not necessary to add it to the soup.

Add chopped carrots, potatoes, celery, bay leaf into the saucepan and leave to cook for another 15 minutes. Then add pasta or noodles after 10 minutes. You can buy pasta of various shapes and colors for soup. Season with salt and spices to taste. Add to the soup meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes more.
