Rinse and cut into halves the ripened avocado. Remove the pulp with a spoon then mash it with a fork or in a blender.
Chop tomato and olives. Optionally, add chopped onion.
Mix all together. Add lemon or lime juice. Lemon juice is an antioxidant and prevents oxidation of avocado and guacamole staining unappetizing brownish color. Add salt, black pepper, olive oil to taste.
Serve as a salad or canape with chips, crackers or white bread. Enjoy your meal!!!
