Avocado Smoothies

Avocado smoothies contain a lot of vitamins. It is perfect in the morning. Add into the smoothies immediately lemon juice to prevent darkened color.


  • ripe avocado 1 pcs.
  • sugar (or honey) 1 tbsp.
  • milk 3 oz.
  • chocolate or chocolate syrup for topping (optional) 1 tbsp.
  • ice cubes 3 oz.
  • lemon juice 12 tsp.



  1. Whisk all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
