The citrus liqueur is a triumph of flavor and taste. This liqueur on the lemon peel is a popular Italian liqueur.


  • lemon or lime 5 pcs.
  • vodka 1 bottle
  • sugar 12 lb.
  • water 10 oz.



  1. Wash, dry and carefully cut the peel (try without white part) of lemons.
  2. Pour vodka, add cut peel.
  3. Insist within two weeks. Do not forget to shake the daily capacity in which infuses liqueur.
  4. Prepare sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  5. Strain liqueur, squeeze the lemon peel, pour the sugar syrup.
