Cheese soup

Cheese soup is a real winter meal: a dense, high-calorie and also cools slowly. You can take any melted or hard sorts cheese, semi-soft, and even with mold.


  • chicken fillet 1 lb.
  • soft cheese (or other cheese) 12 lb.
  • baguette (or any other white bread) 12 pcs.
  • potatoes 3 pcs.
  • carrots 1 pcs.
  • water 1 12 liters
  • olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • bay leaf 3 pcs.
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • parsley or dill (optional) 12 bunch
  • salt, pepper, to taste


  1. Cut chicken fillet into small pieces and put it in the boiling water. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf and boil for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Put the diced potatoes and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Fry the grated carrots for 3-5 minutes, then add to the soup and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add cheese, mix well and turn off the fire.
  5. Cut the baguette into long slices. Fry with garlic and olive oil.
  6. Serve soup with croutons and greens (parsley or dill).
  7. Enjoy your meal!!!
