Rinse meat, cut into the medium chunks. Add into a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring it to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Remove the foam.
Chop bell peppers, tomato, grate the carrot, finely chop the onion. Peel and then cut on the cubes potato.
Add to the saucepan cabbage, tomato, and potato. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Fry over medium heat grated carrot and chopped onion, stirring, for 2-3 minutes and then add into the saucepan.
Add bell peppers, bay leaf, salt, spices. Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until soft potatoes. Serve hot with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!!!
