Milk Rice Porridge

  • milk 2 cups
  • rice cereal 1 cup
  • butter 2 oz.
  • sugar 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla (optional)
  • salt (to taste)
  • water 3 cups


  1. Wash rice. Boil 3 cups of water. In boiling water put rice, stir to avoid sticking to the bottom. Cook with stirring occasionally for 10-15 minute, until the water is almost completely evaporated. Add sugar and salt to taste. Pour two glasses of milk, and cook for another 5-7 minute. Then turn off the rice porridge, add oil. Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes.The rice porridge you can add fruit, nuts or honey. Enjoy your meal!!!
