Oatmeal with apple

Oatmeal with apple is perfect for the first complementary feeding an infant. This cereal is key to healthy growth and development. Oatmeal is a good source of carbohydrates for the babies body. It fills a huge energy needs of babies in their first year of life. It is therefore considered particularly useful cooking oatmeal in the morning to provide the child with the energy for a new day. The content of proteins is 13%, and fat - only 6%.This porridge is appreciated for the presence of a large number of nutrients and vitamins: calcium and phosphorus for the musculoskeletal system; potassium and magnesium for the child's development and normal functioning of the heart; pressure and nervous system; iron to maintain hemoglobin and exclusion of iron deficiency anemia; iodine for the proper metabolism of the body and growing babies; vitamin B for good digestion.

Ingredients

  • infant oatmeal cereal
  • breastmilk or formula (or water)

Directions

  1. Take completely cooked and ready to serve infant oatmeal cereal.
  2. Stir in liquid (breastmilk or infant formula) to desired consistency.
  3. Clean an apple from the seeds and rind. Mix in a blender.
  4. Mix oatmeal and apple in a bowl for feeding.
  5. Test temperature before feeding. Store in a cool, dry place no more than one day.
  6. Remember that each product should be administered on a teaspoon in the morning, increasing the dose over three days. If there was an allergy to the product, you should start to give this product only after several weeks!!!
