Semolina Porridge with Berries for Babies & Toddlers

Semolina with berries is perfect for breakfast and the first complementary feeding an infant. It is finely ground wheat, quickly boiled soft. It contains fiber foods only 2%. Semolina is very well suited for the diet feeding and first feeding the baby. Semolina contains protein, 70% of starch, which serves as a source of energy for the organism, vitamins E, B1, B2, B9 and PP, mineral substances necessary for child's body (potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, iron, etc.). Directions

  1. Slowly add semolina in boiled water or milk. Mix thoroughly for 5-10 minutes on low heat. You will have the lumps in cereal if not mix. Optionally add salt, sugar, butter. Serve hot with berries. Enjoy your meal!!!
