Thoroughly rinse rice. Add into the saucepan and cover with water. Boil about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add peeled and chopped potato with slices of salted salmon. Add chopped or grated carrot, chopped onion. Add black pepper and bay leaf. Boil about 10-15 minutes until soft potato. Season with salt and spices only if necessary!!! Enjoy your meal!!!
