Peel potatoes and cut into the large chunks. Boil potatoes about 10-15 minutes until soft.
Fry chopped onion over medium heat with olive oil, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Cut bacon into medium pieces and add to the pan.
Add potato into the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chopped greens at the end. Season with salt. Enjoy your meal!!!
