Rinse and then dry chicken fillet.
Repel the pieces of chicken fillet using tenderizer or knife (not sharp part). Season with salt, black pepper, and spices.
Mix one egg and flour for the batter. Whisk until smooth.
Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it. Dip each piece of fillet in the batter.
Place fillets on a hot frying pan. Cover with a lid and fry about 3-5 minutes on low heat until golden brown.
