Turkey Pasta

Pasta with turkey is a delicious dish for supper. It is a quick and easy recipe for your Thanksgiving leftovers. Pasta is popular in many countries, but the most popular in Italy.

Ingredients

  • pasta (or 100 gram) 14 lb.
  • baked turkey or other meat (or 100 gram) 14 lb.
  • red pepper 12 pcs.
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • medium carrot 1 pcs.
  • olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Add salt, to taste and then add pasta to boiling water. Cook about 6-10 minutes or as the instructions on the package suggest. Drain well.

Peel garlic and chop. Cut red pepper and carrot into cubes.

Heat the pan, pour olive oil. Fry over medium heat carrot, red pepper and chopped garlic, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.

Add baked poultry or cooked meat. Stir, for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled pasta. Stir about 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!!!
