Chicken Rolls with Cheese

Cheesy chicken rolls are not only a beautiful dish but also a delicious dish.


  • chicken fillet 2 pcs.
  • cheese (100 gram) 14 lb.
  • greens (parsley or dill) 3 tbsp.
  • egg 1 pcs.
  • mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
  • flour 2 tbsp.
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • vegetable oil 12 tbsp.

Cut each chicken fillet into four pieces.

Make batter for meat. Whisk egg, mayonnaise, and flour. Season with salt and spices. Add one tablespoon of water if batter very thick.

Repel pieces of chicken fillet using tenderizer or knife (not sharp part). Season with salt, black pepper, spices.

Wrap the slices of cheese and chopped parsley into the meat.

Fasten with a toothpick.

Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it. Each piece of fillet dips into a batter. Place fillets on a hot frying pan. Cover with a lid and cook on the both sides about 5-7 minutes on the low heat until golden brown.
