Mussels with Pasta

Mussels with pasta can be served with shells or without, sprinkled with Parmesan, herbs and pour the lemon.


  • mussels (200 gram) 12 lb.
  • pasta (200 gram) 12 lb.
  • white wine (100 gram) 4 oz.
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. Boil about 6-10 minutes. Drain well.

Check if the mussels fresh. Shells must be locked. If any shell is open, knock on them. Put washed mussels in a saucepan or pan with wine on the medium heat. Fry about 5-10 minutes until shells open. Add pasta to mussels. Serve with Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!!!
