Make dressing for the salad. Dilute the starch with water in a small saucepan. Add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, ketchup, a couple of teaspoons of water and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
Wash, peel and grate the carrot. Shred cabbage. Chop cilantro and celery. Put all into salad dish. Add chopped cooked chicken. Add Wonton strips or crouton, cashew, almonds and sesame seeds. Pour dressing. Enjoy your meal!!!
