Heat milk in the microwave oven about 30 seconds. Milk should be warm but not hot. Add into warm milk, 1 tbsp. of sugar, 1 tbsp. of yeast. Leave it for 15-30 minutes. Knead it with 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. of sugar and flour until thick.
Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/3 inch (1 cm) thickness. Cut into doughnuts using a donuts cutter or ordinary glass. Let stand for about 10-15 minutes. Heat the oil in a large deep skillet to 375°F (190°C). Fry doughnuts in the hot oil until golden, turning over once. Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar while they are still warm, and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!!!
