Pancakes bags are perfect for Christmas and New Year!!!

Ingredients

  • milk 12 liter
  • flour (200 gram) 7 oz.
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
  • salt and sugar, to taste
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • baking soda 1 tsp.
  • vinegar 14 tsp.
  • forcemeat (300 gram) 12 lb.
  • onion 1 pcs.
  • minced garlic 2 cloves

Mix flour, sugar, salt. Add a mixture of baking soda with vinegar. Add eggs and mix until smooth. Add milk and stir thoroughly, to avoid lumps. Add the vegetable oil and stir again.

Mix forcemeat with spices. Add chopped onion, minced garlic and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3
Fry forcemeat over the medium heat about 5-10 minutes. Stir it constantly.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour the batter into the pan for each pancake. Fry on both sides until brown.

Step 5
Place cooked forcemeat in the center of pancake. You can tie pancakes as a bag using rings of onion, zest of oranges or green onion. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!!!
