Rinse beef well. Dry with clean paper towels so that absolutely no moisture on the steak.
Season with salt, black pepper, olive oil. Add any spices for meat.
Fry over medium heat with garlic, thyme and olive oil about 3 minutes on both sides. Check the temperature of the meat. It should be 135 F° (60 C°) medium rare, 160 F° (70 C°) well done.
