For pancakes add milk, eggs, salt, sugar, flour. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Stir thoroughly, to avoid lumps. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour the batter into the pan for each pancake. Fry on both sides until brown.
Boil sausages in water about 30 minutes. Optionally, add beer. Remove sausages and cut into the large chunks. Add butter, sour cream, chunks of sausages, flour into the remaining broth from the sausages. Optionally, add into Machanka fried onion and chopped greens. If Machanka is too sticky, add a little bit more flour. Boil until thick about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
