Sift flour into a bowl, make a well in the middle. Place eggs in the middle, add cold water with salt. Knead the dough of medium thickness. Leave covered about 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the filling: cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, salt to taste, stir well into a homogeneous mass.
