Cottage Cheese Mini Eclairs

Cottage cheese mini eclairs are perfect for tea time and kids!!!


  • water 1 cup
  • butter (100 gram or 3 oz) 6 tbsp.
  • salt, to taste 1 pinch
  • flour 1 cup
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • cottage cheese (250-300 gram) 10 oz.
  • sugar 1 tbsp.
  • sour cream 2 tbsp.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Boil water, salt, butter. Add flour and mix very well. Remove thickened dough from the heat and let it cool. Mix eggs with the dough. Put the dough on the baking sheet using confectionery syringe or spoon. Bake about 40-50 minutes. Let it cool.

Mix well the cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream. The mixture must be thick.

Put the mixture into the cooked eclairs using confectionery syringe or spoon. Enjoy your meal!!!
