Mushroom Salad with Corn

Mushroom salad with corn is a delicious holiday salad. Some recipes of this salad are without cheese and with chopped boiled chicken fillet.


  • mushrooms (white mushrooms or champignons) 6 pcs.
  • carrot 2 pcs
  • cheese (100 gram) 3 12 oz.
  • hard-boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  • canned corn 1 can
  • mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
  • chopped onion (optional)
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp.

Step 1
Fry chopped mushrooms with vegetable oil about 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Cool it.

Fry chopped or grated carrot with onion about 5-7 minutes. Cool it.

Mix chopped hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese, canned corn and fried mushrooms, carrot and onion.
